Summer fun @ the Fairbanks Museum!

We’ve got summer covered for kids of all ages. There’s no better way to make the most long days when you’re exploring the natural world with Fairbanks Museum naturalists. Thanks to a recent Summer Matters for All grant awarded by Vermont Afterschool, we’re extended the hours and adding 2 new weeks of our Discovery Camps (ages 4 – 8). Each week-long, nature-based camp is themed on animal movement or animal features — kids can enjoy one or both sessions.

For tweens and teens, STEM camps focus on science and engineering in our state-of-the-art STEM lab. Drones and Robotics invites 9- to 14-year-olds to build and program a drone, while learning about how this technology is applied. Introduction to Scientific Research Methods (for 12- 16-year olds) is a partnership with the New Hampshire Academy of Science. Students practice real research techniques using advanced equipment.

Make your summer memorable with a camp at the Fairbanks Museum.
