Saturday, October 2: taste the best small-batch brewing!
This outdoor event features great beer, food, and music. PLUS, you’ll be able to explore the Museum’s galleries and take in a planetarium show. Bears and brews … what could be better?
Join us for the Fairbanks Museum and Planetarium’s second annual Brewfest! Sample beers from the finest breweries in northern Vermont and New Hampshire, and get a taste for fall in “the Kingdom.” Surrounded by the natural and cultural history of the Fairbanks Museum, this festival is like no other. You’ll have a chance to wander the galleries, find hidden treasures, and experience the takeover of the planetarium by dinosaurs! Enjoy brews from multiple breweries, and talk with brewers and knowledgeable staff, get the low-down about foraging, fermenting, and tasting from the folks who know it best. Enjoy local food and live music as you explore the museum grounds.
You must be 21 years old or older to purchase a tasting ticket. Your health is our priority. All participants are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or show a negative COVID-19 test (PCR) performed within 72 hours of this event for the safety of our guests, staff, and servers. Please bring a hard-copy of your vaccination card or negative COVID-19 test.
The museum is offering babysitting during the Brewfest for a limited number of children, ages 4 to 10. FREE for Fairbanks Museum members, or $20 per child for non-members. Reservations are required.
